I let my bike carry me and my camera gear the two miles from the Border Field parking lot to the Tijuana River Mouth early this Wednesday morning. My best bird was a Reddish Egret, but the images I collected of it were not to my liking. However, there was a large gathering of Sanderlings at the river mouth that captured my attention, and my images of them were much better.
