2017 Review (it was a VERY good year)

Aboard The Shogun

Rebuilding virtually every page on my website (see my “2018-06-16 Busted Web Pages” post), I realized I hadn’t assembled a page for reviewing of all my 2017 blog images. It was, after all, quite a year for me. My travels took me to Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Oregon and up and down through much of California. The highlight for me was the February science expedition I joined. It carried me to the Revillagigedos Archipelago, sometimes described as the Mexican Galapagos, aboard the good ship Shogun in February.

The images mentioned in today’s post can be reviewed by clicking on the link <Here>. Additionally, the link can be found under the “Galleries” option in the top menu. The page links only to the galleries. The original stories associated with each gallery are linked in the top menu under “Photo Blogs”.

New also (or revived) is a subscription feature for notifications when new blogs are posted. I’ve preloaded email addresses from a list of friends from years past, when manual updates were my only option. Should anyone wish to opt out of this process, simply reply with “Unsubscribe” in the subject or body of the email, and I will remove the email from the system. Rest assured, I will never submit my friends to any spam. Only a short email with a link to the new post will be issued following a new blog entry.
