Dabbling Ducks

This group of ducks feed mostly at the surface of the water. Dabbling is a feeding method in which the duck tips with its head down to access its food items. Subjects in this group include Wigeons, Teals, Gadwalls, Mallards, Pintails, Shovelers, Whistling-Ducks, Muscovy Ducks, American Black Ducks and Wood Ducks.
