Rails and Ibis

Aside from the ‘classic rails’, this group includes the crakes, coots, spoonbills and gallinules (Family: Rallidae). Images on display in this gallery are American Coot (or Mud-Hen), American Purple Gallinule, American White Ibis, Clapper Rail, Ridgeway’s Rail, Yuma Rail, Common Gallinule (or Moorhen), Roseate Spoonbill, Sora, Virginia Rail, Roseate Spoonbill, White Ibis and White-Faced Ibis. Ibis and spoonbills are not rails, but I’ve included them in this collection, nevertheless.
