It was a good year for me photographically. My travels took me to Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Oregon and up and down through much of California. The highlight for me was the February science expedition I joined. It carried me to the Revillagigedos Archipelago, sometimes described as the Mexican Galapagos, aboard the good ship Shogun in February.
